Hello.

My name is Hagar Cohen Raz.

Born in 2004, living in Nir Zvi, israel.

I am a senior student in Tichon Hadash high school, TLV.

My majors are Journalism and Cinematographic.

My passion is creating pastries for those who wishes’ and my story begins with Covid- 19.

While Covid-19 hit the world and we were all quarantined, I discovered the world of pastries.

Ever since, it has become an addiction to me.

Nowadays, my specialty is baking all kinds of tarts, but my absolute favorite is the classic lemon tart cover in slightly burnt meringue drizzle 🙂

I also love to create macaroons, eclairs, puffs, creme brulee, different cakes, cookies and more pastries.

I have never studied in a pastry or baking school, but I find myself a very perfectionist person which gives me good results. 

But most of all, i am just so thrilled about it.
